No More Rusty
Penny Politics.

Change for Good — 2026.

No filter. No spin. No party machine. We are not Republicans. We are not Democrats. We answer to one document — the Constitution of the United States.

We establish this Party on a single unbreakable principle: the Constitution is the supreme law of this land, and it applies equally to every citizen — regardless of party, wealth, ability, race, religion, or zip code.

Done being handed a rusty penny
and told to be grateful.

We reject the bipartisan machinery that governed this nation into $36 trillion of debt, stripped civil rights from its most vulnerable citizens, abandoned its veterans, hollowed out its middle class, and divided its people for political gain.

We are not a splinter of the Republican Party. We are not a faction of the Democratic Party. We are Americans who move as one, speak with one voice, and answer to one document.

Founded by Individuals Concerned About the Future of Politics — Hancock, Michigan, 2026.

“We the People” — not the party machine.

The Seven Core Principles

Non-negotiable. They cannot be voted away.

1

The Constitution is Supreme

The Constitution of the United States is the supreme governing document of this nation and this Party. Every policy position must be constitutionally grounded.

2

Liberty is a Birthright

Individual liberty is the birthright of every American. Government exists to protect that liberty — not to restrict it for convenience or profit.

3

Equal Protection is Absolute

Every citizen — regardless of ability, income, race, religion, or national origin — is entitled to the full protection of the law. No exceptions.

4

Fiscal Responsibility

Fiscal responsibility is a constitutional obligation. We oppose unsustainable debt, government waste, and public funds used to reward political allies.

5

Transparency is Mandatory

Every official, officer, and candidate operates with full public accountability. No backroom deals. No hidden agendas.

6

Disability Rights are Civil Rights

Community-based living, self-determination, and equal access are not privileges. They are constitutionally protected rights we defend at every level.

7

No Corporate Influence

No PAC money. No billionaire donors. No corporate influence. This Party is funded by its members and answers only to its members.

One Party. One Voice.

The strength of this movement depends on unified action toward shared constitutional goals. We resolve disagreement through process, never through public fracture. Every endorsement, every priority, every action serves a single purpose:

The restoration and protection of constitutional governance for every American.

No PAC money. No billionaires.
No corporate strings.

Membership is always free. This Party is funded exclusively by voluntary small-dollar donations and fundraising events — never dues — and answers only to its members.

  • Every dollar published publicly, every month.
  • An independent audit conducted annually.
  • No funds from PACs, corporations, or foreign nationals.
  • No Party money ever used for private benefit.

Bylaws of the National Party

Adopted 2026 · Hancock, Michigan

These principles are non-negotiable and cannot be voted away, amended into irrelevance, or overridden. Any candidate, officer, or member who acts contrary to them forfeits their standing in the Party. The seven principles are the foundation of every position the Party takes.

The Party operates under a Unity Doctrine: One Party, One Voice. Internal disagreement is resolved through established process — never through public fracture or defection. No member or candidate shall publicly advocate positions that contradict the platform when acting in an official capacity. Every action must serve one goal: the restoration and protection of constitutional governance for every American.

Membership is open to any U.S. citizen or legal resident who upholds the Party's core principles — with no racial, ethnic, religious, gender, disability, or income restrictions. Members have the right to vote, run for office, submit policy, and resign in good standing. Removal requires a two-thirds vote of the National Executive Council following a documented review.

The National Executive Council (NEC) governs the Party: a National Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and one representative per active state chapter. A seven-member Platform Committee develops and maintains the platform. All officer elections are conducted by secret ballot, with results published within 48 hours.

To earn CLP endorsement a candidate must be a member in good standing for at least 90 days, demonstrate commitment to the Constitution and platform, disclose all funding, accept no PAC or corporate money, and agree in writing to represent the platform if elected. Endorsement may be rescinded by a two-thirds NEC vote for material violations.

Membership is always free — the Party charges no dues and never will. The Party is funded exclusively by voluntary small-dollar donations from individuals and fundraising events — never by PACs, corporations, or foreign nationals. All finances are published publicly every month, and an independent audit is conducted annually. Party funds may never be used for private benefit.

These bylaws may be amended only by a two-thirds NEC vote, with the proposal published to the membership at least 30 days prior, a public comment period of no fewer than 14 days, and never under emergency procedures that bypass member review. No amendment may weaken the Core Principles of Article I.

The Party may be dissolved only by a three-fourths vote of the full national membership. Upon dissolution, all remaining assets are distributed to nonprofits advancing constitutional rights, civil liberties, and disability rights — never to any member, officer, or political party.
